Position Overview
We are seeking Senior Managers / Managers / Senior Consultants who can work closely to advise and counsel executives in Financial Services (banking, insurance, wealth management, superannuation, etc.). Curiosity and passion to fully utilise AI capabilities to transform client’s processes, people and technology are a must.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders.
* Lead high‑performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative way.
* Coach and mentor others.
* Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges.
* Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences.
Required Qualifications
* Track record of leading and managing high‑performing teams.
* Strong strategy technical skills – qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, process, industry or functional experience.
* First‑class problem‑solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience within a top‑tier consulting firm.
* Strong knowledge of the Financial Services landscape and opportunities to have impact.
* Proven experience in delivering major, high‑impact transformation projects in partnership with clients.
* Proven history of working successfully with C‑level leadership.
* Working knowledge of the Australian Market.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
