We are seeking a skilled BANK PRACTICE NURSE to provide high-quality patient care in the York Central locality.
This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on health prevention and screening activities.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Developing and implementing programs of care to improve patient health and well-being.
* Performing spirometry tests (ARTP Registered) to assess patient conditions.
* Administering and monitoring medication according to established protocols and legislation.
* Providing holistic care and delivering evidence-based treatment to patients.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control guidelines.
* Participate in training programs and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
This role requires a flexible approach to providing care, prioritizing tasks, and managing workload. The ideal candidate will be aware of their responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
* Current Professional Registration (NMC)
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Qualification in performance and interpretation of spirometry with ARTP registration
* Long term condition management (Asthma/ COPD)
