Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Lead
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple water infrastructure projects
* Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
* Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
* Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes
* Mentor and guide project managers and technical teams
* Report progress to executive leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives
About You:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven track record in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of Australian water regulations and environmental compliance
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)
