Wellways is seeking a Service Integration Lead, to champion integrated, person-centred services.
This is more than a leadership role, it's an opportunity to embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while driving innovation and inclusion through the Carer Gateway program.
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Proven leadership experience: you've led multidisciplinary teams, navigated complexity, and delivered results with empathy and clarity.

* A deep understanding of your local community: you're connected, committed, and ready to co-create solutions that reflect regional strengths and needs.
* You are a networker and have a relational approach: you understand the importance of working together.
You'll work closely with Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators and the Carer Hub Navigator to ensure services are inclusive, trauma-informed and culturally safe.
A core focus of this role is to lead and embed community development strategies that strengthen local capacity, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure Wellways services are responsive, inclusive, and connected to the community's unique needs. This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local community and relational model of care.
This role offers a hybrid arrangement of 1 day WFH and 4 days in the office.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary Qualifications in a social science or related discipline or equivalent experience

* Satisfactory National Police Records Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
What we will offer you:
* A purpose driven culture where people can thrive, everyone is respected, and differences are valued
* An equitable, diverse, and socially inclusive work environment
* Salary packaging up to $15,899 enables you to spend a portion of your salary before it is taxed to pay for things like rent, mortgage repayments, car leasing
* Meal and Entertainment allowance via salary packaging up to $2,650 per annum
* Receive 17.5% leave loading every time you take annual leave
* Paid parental leave after 12 months of ongoing employment
* Access for you and your family to our Employee Assistance Program
