In this newly created role, you’ll shape and deliver a bold, engaging content strategy that strengthens our brand, deepens audience engagement, and supports our broader social impact goals. What you’ll do: Lead content strategy and execution. Develop and implement a content roadmap across web, social, email, and partner channels — with a strong focus on storytelling that supports brand and business objectives. Own our video strategy. Manage video content end-to-end — from concept and storyboarding to production, editing and publishing. Use insights to amplify performance and drive audience engagement across digital channels. Be a social media powerhouse. Shape and lead the organic social content strategy across platforms. Stay across trends and best practice to create timely, thumb-stopping content that builds community and reflects our values. Champion tone and voice. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content touchpoints, ensuring everything we publish is on-brand, human and relatable. Drive performance. Use SEO, analytics and engagement metrics to optimise content across channels — continuously refining our approach to maximise impact and ROI. Activate partnerships. Develop content that brings our social impact partnerships to life, tells authentic stories and strengthens our community connections. Collaborate with purpose. Work closely with designers, channel leads, agency partners and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional campaigns and content experiences. Coach and mentor. Share your knowledge of digital content best practice, particularly in video and social, to uplift capability within the broader team. What you’ll bring: 7 years’ experience in content marketing, editorial or digital communications roles. Proven expertise in producing engaging video content — from ideation to delivery — across digital platforms. Strong understanding of how to drive brand growth and community building through organic social media content. Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Experience in SEO, content performance analysis and data-informed content planning. Strong project and stakeholder management skills in complex or regulated environments. A deep appreciation for brand voice and consistency across channels. Bonus points for: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social), video editing tools, and content management systems like AEM. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. A background in health, wellness, purpose-led or social impact content.
