This role involves supervising onsite works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements, and leading a small team to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
As the primary onsite representative, you will coordinate daily activities alongside project managers, subcontractors, and clients. The position requires regular travel and may include extended stays away from home —LAHA will be provided where applicable.
Responsibilities:
Lead, oversee, and support plumbing teams on commercial and civil construction projects
Install, service, and repair water, gas, drainage, and fire services infrastructure
Interpret civil and construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Manage day-to-day onsite activities to meet project deadlines and milestones
Perform safety, quality, and compliance checks to company and legislative standards
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to resolve technical or logistical issues
Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labour hours, and project progress
Ensure all work adheres to plumbing codes, civil standards, and OH&S requirements
Requirements:
Current Plumbing Licence (Cert III or IV in Plumbing)
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial and/or civil plumbing (preferred)
Proven onsite leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations, civil infrastructure requirements, and safety standards
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and lead small teams effectively
Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
White Card (Construction Induction)
