There's defined career ladder for you to climb, and a busy project pipeline to prove yourself against The Opportunity As a Project Manager you'll work closely with both the RD and reporting teams. This role is all about understanding the science behind the project, how it's performing, and where there is opportunity to improve. Your first 12-18 months will focus on navigating the reporting phase for a portfolio of existing HIR projects, as well as launching new projects under the Environmental Plantings method across QLD and NSW. This isn't just a strategic role. It's hands-on, requiring you to navigate complex challenges working with landholders, auditors (CER) and regulators to achieve success. Key Skills/Experience : To be successful, you'll need prior experience working in ACCU's/ Carbon projects, as well as: Experience managing stakeholders including landholders, auditors, and/or regulators Working knowledge of ecological and environmental sciences Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
