We integrate real estate development and sales, property management, financial services, and international remittance. Global Realty is our real estate arm, covering buying/selling, leasing, post-sales management, project marketing, and tailored real estate investment services for VIP customers. We aim to provide professional services and grow with our partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Cold and Warm sales calls
* Respond to clients\' enquiries
* Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services
* Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target
* Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
* Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer
* Social media content production
What We Are Looking For
* A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing obtain)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport
* Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Strong background in property sales, ideally already established in land sales, or new build sales
* Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
