We are currently seeking a highly motivated experienced Strata Community Manager to join our team.
As a Strata Community Manager, you together with your own dedicated assistant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of strata management, including maintenance and repairs, financial management, and compliance with the relevant legislation.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Provide guidance and support to clients regarding everything strata related.
* Preparation and attendance at general meetings and when required council meetings
Candidate requirements
* Experience in strata management preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of strata laws, by-laws, and regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to workflexible hours, including some early evenings.
