Salary: AUD - AUD per annum
Our client is a well-established residential construction firm with a growing pipeline that is seeking an organised, proactive Construction Administrator to support project delivery and office operations. You'll be a central figure ensuring project documentation, communication, and compliance are maintained effectively throughout the build lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, reports, and WHS records
Coordinate correspondence among site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and assist in budget tracking
Support onboardingof subcontractors and manage compliance workflows
Facilitate scheduling, meetings, and smooth flow of information between site and office
What You'll Bring
Prior experience in construction admin or a similar role (residential or commercial preferred)
Robust attention to detail, excellent time-management, and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction systems is a plus
Outstanding communication skills — able to liaise confidently across multiple levels
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with adaptable team-first attitude
