About the Team & Office
Join our Accounts Team in the Gold Coast office located in the heart of the city, close to transport and great coffee. The office is currently trialling a 9‐day fortnight – with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!
What does your day to day look like?
You will assist the team in processing accounts payable transactions, banking transactions, and administrative duties as per our guidelines and procedures.
What you'll be doing:
* Verify and process supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes, ensuring all details, documentation, and coding comply with company policies.
* Manage an assigned ledger of supplier accounts, ensuring all invoices are recorded and maintained correctly.
* Set up new suppliers and maintain existing supplier information with a high level of accuracy.
* Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring external/internal queries and requests are actioned promptly, providing clear and professional communication.
* Support daily accounts payable tasks as required.
* Oversee the Cash Reimbursement inbox and process reimbursement requests in line with policy.
* Assist with receipting of payments and ensure accurate allocation within the system.
* Resetting of payment allocations and payment transfers.
* Manage the Banking inbox and support daily banking tasks as required.
What you'll need:
* Experience within an Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable function, ideally in a high‐volume environment. (Highly desired)
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Highly proficient computer skills with experience using SAP, ReadSoft, and other finance or ERP systems.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills, particularly when managing internal and external enquiries.
