WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are a SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 4 years' experience (OR MORE) in workers compensation (essential) + common law WID (preferable) experience;
* have strong knowledge of relevant NSW WC law+ court procedures+have managed your own files (WC) from start to finish including litigated matters;
* have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
* are ambitious+ results-driven with a high work ethic;
* have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
* are hungry to advance your career long-term with a top plaintiff law firm.
