Job Title: Equipment & Contracts Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support and manage data in a fast-paced government environment. As an Equipment & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing equipment data, contractor communications, and adhering to safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:



* Manage equipment inventory and ensure accurate records are maintained

* Develop and implement effective communication strategies with contractors

* Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulations



Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



* High-level administration skills, including data management and record-keeping

* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
