Unity Barber Hub is a rapidly growing barbershop located in the heart of Randwick, Sydney, a thriving commercial and residential area with strong foot traffic and a loyal client base. Due to continued growth in demand, we are seeking an experienced Barber to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview
The Barber role is a full-time position responsible for delivering professional barbering and grooming services in line with industry standards. The position is integral to the daily operations of Unity Barber Hub and supports the business's continued growth and service capacity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
* Cutting, trimming, shaping, and styling hair using scissors, clippers, and razors
* Performing beard trimming, shaping, and traditional wet shaves
* Consulting with clients to determine grooming preferences and providing professional advice
* Applying hair and beard treatments and grooming products as required
* Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining barbering tools and equipment
* Managing client appointments and walk-in services efficiently
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and professional presentation
* Keeping up to date with current barbering techniques, trends, and industry practice
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years of relevant, full-time barbering experience
* Demonstrated competence in modern and traditional barbering techniques
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including weekends
Qualifications
A Certificate III or IV in Barbering or Hairdressing is preferred, or relevant industry experience may be accepted as a substitute.
Employment Conditions
* Full-time ongoing role (minimum 38 hours per week)
* Weekend availability is essential
* Salary of $80,000 per annum + superannuation
