We also work closely with our sister company, Sunshine Coast Radiology.**** **About the Role**We're seeking a motivated **full-time or part-time Medical Receptionist** to join our busy front desk team at **Emerald Hospital**. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, supporting patients attending X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and more.**Hours:**
• Full-time: Monday–Friday, rostered between 8:00am–5:00pm
• Part-time: Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week**** **Your Day Might Include:**
• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional service
• Managing bookings, payments, Medicare and Health Fund claims
• Liaising with referrers, doctors, and patients
• Participating in team meetings and training
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and HR policies**** **About You**
• Experience in medical, dental, allied health, or hospital reception
• Confident with booking systems and strong computer skills
• Understanding of (or interest in learning) medical terminology
• Warm, professional communication and excellent presentation
