**Key Accountabilities**
- Receive and sort the order briefs
- Supervise the account executive to work closely with AU / overseas suppliers to collect the price and related production info.
- Generate the quotation and obtain the client approval
- Guide and supervise the order process including supplier PO, production, QC, on-time delivery, and invoicing.
- Create the monthly report and send it to the client Procurement manager.
- Conduct the quarterly and annual review meeting with the client procurement manager.
- Weekly meeting with direct manager
- Manage the major global accounts as an account manager to work closely with other account managers in APAC regions.
- Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate customer requirements into detailed print instructions and shipping/postal instructions for disposition of the customers' products. Make suggestions to customers regarding workflow/process improvements to proposed jobs to maximize the benefits to both the customer and the company.
- Provide pre-sales support with customers and discuss the print capabilities and requirements needed to produce a successful job. Assist sales with pricing/scheduling of potential business by engaging appropriate print vendors
- Confer with customers throughout production to keep them informed of the status of jobs, solicit additional information needed for current jobs and coordinate changes to jobs. May forward/review proofs with customers, obtain approval of materials, such as artwork, color separations, or ink samples.
- Identify, develop and document cost-saving opportunities with respect to specification and design.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
**You will need to have**:
- Bachelor degree in discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge in printing industry (Commercial printing, POSM, Advertising)
- At least 3 years Account Management experience and good knowledge of Printing/POSM supplier chain management experience in AU
- Good at excel & PPT for data analysis
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Can work under pressure and open to work with regional colleagues
- New client development experience or resources
