We are at the forefront of real-time operational management for environmental compliance and operational efficiency.The Asset Management Coordinator is a vital operational role, playing a central part in keeping our service delivery running smoothly and compliantly. You are the connective link between our technicians, equipment, customers, and systems — ensuring Novecom's information is accurate, our people are site‐ready, and our monitoring assets are properly managed.This is not a passive admin role. You will actively own and maintain Novecom's records within customer access and induction portals, proactively coordinate technician medicals and site inductions, and ensure all compliance requirements are met so our teams can attend site without delay. You will also play a key role in the management, maintenance, and calibration of Novecom equipment, identifying upcoming or overdue actions, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.Bring your high energy and passion for customer service to this role, and you will be well‐placed to succeed in a position that values accuracy, proactive coordination, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
* Arranging site access for Novecom's service technicians. This includes completing customer induction portal requirements, organising medicals, inductions and related access documentation or procedures.
* Sourcing and ordering replacement parts and consumables, in partnership with Novecom's engineering and service technician teams.
* Stock management: maintaining appropriate levels of stock to support engineering and service technician efforts.
* Arranging instrument calibration or other outside service provision by liaising with third party service providers.
* Arranging and delivering basic quotations for replacement parts or service work, including liaison with Novecom's customers.
Qualifications
* Experience in asset management or related coordination roles.
* Exceptional organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 or similar IT systems.
* An enthusiasm to work in a "tech" business.
* A hard-working work ethic, and desire to grow with the business.
* Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience with mining or major industry induction and procurement portals such as Ariba and Avetta.
* Experience working in an administrative or coordination role with technical service teams.
* Extensive experience with modern cloud-based collaboration, business management and record keeping environments.
* Experience in customer support, customer service or similar roles.
