Key Responsibilities
* Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
* Transportation for social activities, shopping, groceries and medical appointments
* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
* Assisting with the use of aids and personal equipment
* Providing support for customers with complex needs
* Monitoring customer well-being and reporting progress
