ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Property Manager who is a team player, passionate, honest and shares a desire to build positive and rewarding relationships with all our valued clients. The successful candidate will be an important part of the Property Management Team in the day-to-day running of the department including (but not limited to):
Conducting open home inspections
Database management
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Processing applications
Lease preparation
All other aspects of the department
What you need to be successful in this role
Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries
Outstanding communication skills and dialogue
Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Property Management industry and have sound knowledge of current legislation
Be passionate about committing to ongoing coaching and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
A current Assistant Agent Registration or Real Estate Licence
Driver's licence and own vehicle
