The Role
You'll be the driving force behind campaign delivery, ensuring every listing and project is executed to a premium standard.
* Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across listings and developments
* Manage campaign bookings including photography, floorplans and digital assets
* Create and roll out engaging social media, email and digital marketing content
* Design marketing collateral including brochures, eDMs and agent materials
* Maintain and update listings, website content and project pages
* Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards and is delivered on time
About You
* Previous experience in marketing, ideally within real estate or property
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management
* Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
