Responsibilities
1. Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration and overall solution architecture.
2. Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.
3. Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
4. Supports Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
5. Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
6. Designs, develops and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.
7. Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
8. Provides support for pre‐sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ's.
9. Owns the as‐is and t‐be system landscape diagrams in conjunction with the Technical Lead.
10. Owns the Solution Architecture document - ensures inputs are received from Technical and Functional Leads.
11. Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional, and technical teams in this client‐facing role.
12. Cultivates and demonstrates industry‐specific business process knowledge and familiarity with relevant functional strategies, objectives, and plans.
13. Maintains an overall overview of the customer solution, throughout the project cycle.
14. Expert in implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
15. Expert with SAP Integration.
16. Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources industry best practices.
17. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.
18. Attention to detail and quality with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.
19. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
20. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or other related field.
21. Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module.
22. Minimum of 5 years with system implementations, solutions architecture, or similar role.
