We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Bundall. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who excels at managing warm accounts, converting company-generated leads, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving strong sales results.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound opportunities, converting leads into funded deals, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and Operations Director to support business growth while consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and convert inbound leads and existing accounts
2. Build and manage sales pipelines
3. Close deals and convert to funded outcomes
4. Make outbound calls from company data (100+ calls/day)
5. Follow up on existing and previous opportunities
6. Deliver excellent customer service
7. Maintain accurate records in Zoho / CRM
8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
9. Experience in account management, sales, or call-centre roles
10. Strong phone and relationship-building skills
11. Target-driven and KPI-focused
12. CRM experience (Zoho/Salesforce highly regarded)

13. $60k base + super, reviewed to $65k after 3 months
14. OTE of $120,000
