Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Director to join our team in a hybrid role. The candidate will be required to meet several times throughout the year at the Taipei and Tokyo office as well as attend sporting events throughout the world. The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for expanding brand awareness, driving business-to-consumer and business-to-business engagement, and optimizing promotional campaigns. This role involves overseeing market planning, directing marketing initiatives, conducting thorough market research, managing brand positioning, supporting sales strategies, and measuring campaign performance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve growth objectives in the competitive sports eyewear and cycling industry.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
* Comprehensive skills in Marketing Management, Marketing, and creating strategic marketing initiatives
* Proven ability to align marketing strategies with Sales goals to drive performance and revenue growth
* Exceptional leadership skills, able to lead and mentor marketing teams effectively
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to market trends
* Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
* Experience in the sports or outdoor industry, particularly cycling, is highly beneficial
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
Monthly Salary starting at AUD$8,000 with no upper limit, based on skillset and experience
