Full Job Description Position: Junior HSE Advisor Location: Perth South (Site Based) Salary: $90k - $100k Super About the Role: An opening is available for Junior HSE Advisor to join a project team-based South of the River. You will be site-based on a $20m construction build, providing essential safety support and ensuring the site remains compliant and incident-free. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HSE career to gain hands-on experience with a reputable contractor. You will be mentored by senior staff while taking ownership of daily safety tasks, site inductions, and digital safety reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily site walks to identify hazards and ensure all trades are working safely. Use Hammertech software to manage safety documentation, permits, and compliance. Facilitate site inductions for all new subcontractors and visitors. Assist with plant and equipment inspections and maintain safety registers. Help investigate any near-misses or incidents and assist with regular safety audits. Participate in and help lead morning toolbox meetings to discuss daily safety goals. What You'll Bring: A Certificate IV in WHS (Work Health and Safety) or a similar qualification. Previous experience using Hammertech is highly regarded. A basic understanding of construction site safety and Australian standards. A proactive, "can-do" approach with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with site crews. Must be based South of the River or willing to travel to the southern suburbs daily. Why Join?
