Rolling forecasts and scenario planning to anticipate changes.
Hedging strategies.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Drive improvements in financial processes and systems.
Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior FP&A Manager Should Have
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
Experience within energy, utilities (commodities-based environment) highly desirable.
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
