Community Impact Program Facilitator
The opportunity is to facilitate face-to-face programs for school-aged children, using engaging techniques and stagecraft to create positive behavioral change.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver program workshops in various schools, maintaining positive brand representation and utilizing all learning objectives effectively.
* Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback from teachers and students, using available tools.
* Maintain communication with the Bookings and Program Administration team regarding scheduling, attendance, customer service, and general administration.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* Experience presenting to primary or secondary school-aged children, with qualifications in children's services, education, program facilitation, performing arts, or related fields.
* Confident public speaking skills, ability to motivate and engage audiences during workshops, adapt content to keep it fresh and relevant.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent telephone manner, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, capable of working autonomously, with good time management and communication skills.
