ANT Renovations is an Insurance Repair Specialist Builder and has been operating throughout Victoria for more than 47 years. We specialise in large and small repair claims for events such as: Water, Storm, Fire, Impact, Burglary, Malicious and Tenancy Damage. Our goal is to provide an efficient, personal, and highly professional service to take the stress out of repairs.
About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an Estimator/Supervisor for our Geelong and Surf Coast. The Estimator/Supervisor will focus on providing detailed estimates, causation reports and comprehensive scope of works, allowing for accurate repairs to buildings damaged by insurable events.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify the cause of damage to property and provide written causation reports for insurers as requested
· Conduct site inspections with empathy and professionalism
· Prepare detailed scopes of work and estimates for insurance repairs
· Oversee projects from quote through to completion
· Develop business through your high quality of service delivery
· Build strong relationships through exceptional service delivery
· Communicate with Loss Adjustor, Assessors, Claims Officers and owners
· Monitoring repairs from quote to completion
What We're Looking For
· Experience in construction, trade background and/ or insurance repair project management
· Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
· Ability to manage; estimating, company documentation, cost, pricing, and scheduling
· Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
· Proven track record of project delivery on time and within scope
· Proven time management and prioritisation skills
· Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and other suppliers
· Knowledge of OHS practices, building codes, and Australian standards
Highly Regarded:
· Prime Ecosystem experience
· Current Driver's License, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check
· First Aid Certificate (preferred)
· Trade background (preferred)
