We are seeking expressions of interest for Facility Manager to lead a mixed Portfolio, employed on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities management of commercial, education, aged care community housing and other sites ensuring all building compliance requirements are met, acting as an on‐site point of contact for the client, sub‐contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Here is a snapshot of what you will do
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within the contract scope
* Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements
* Oversee allocated financial budgets
* Develop and maintain close working relationship with client representative and ISS
* Ongoing development and direction management of reporting ISS staff members
* Monitor the application of asset management plans for the facility
* Introduce and execute initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfaction
What will you possess to be successful?
* Hold tertiary education or trade qualification in Facility Management or Business; related recognized facilities management professional qualification would be an advantage!
* Demonstrable experience and evidence of team management and leadership skills
* A good working knowledge of operations and maintenance environment
* Risk recognition and building management experience highly desired
* Good working knowledge of fundamental IT systems to include (but not exclusive to) Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools
* Possess a can‐do attitude and willingness to get hands‐on to ensure service delivery is achieved where required
