Our client is a fast-growing player in the renewable energy space, committed to delivering sustainable, clean energy solutions across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their friendly office team in Balmain.
About the role:
You'll play a key part in keeping the day-to-day accounts and administrative functions of the office running smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for contributing to something bigger.
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Assisting with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
* Generating invoices and purchase orders
* Supporting payroll preparation
* Managing general office administration (filing, scheduling, supplies)
* Assisting with data entry and document control
* Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
About You:
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar Accounts/Bookkeeping role
* Knowledge of MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
* Accounting or finance qualifications are desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
