About the Role
As a key team member, you will coordinate and develop content across social media channels and our website, bringing to life inspiring stories that demonstrate the impact of our services. You will have a strong interest in how people use services and how organisations interact with their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Increase lead generation & conversions using a mix of SEO and SEM channels.
* Manage Google Ads, Facebook and paid referral channels.
* Utilise data through a well-funded A/B test, learn and evolve approach to campaign planning, strategy and execution.
* Pursue acquisition targets through site enhancements and performance marketing funnel optimisation.
* Regular competitor analysis and monitoring, whilst keeping an eye on digital marketing trends.

* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Requirements
* A current driver's license.
* A degree in marketing or a related field.
* Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years).
* Strong computer literacy and design skills using Microsoft Office, WordPress, Salesforce/Dynamics, Illustrator, InDesign, (Photoshop is a bonus).
* COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible).
