Construction Area Manager
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the construction program, ensuring timely completion of activities, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction programs, as well as organizing, designing, and implementing temporary works and infrastructure.

* Site Coordination: They will coordinate site activities, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Tender Process: The candidate will prepare work packages, documentation, and quality requirements for tender by potential subcontractors.
* Subcontractor Evaluation: They will assess subcontractors' capacity and capability to perform tasks effectively.
* Process Improvement: The candidate will continually seek efficient techniques, methods, and materials to enhance project outcomes.
