About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role within the centre, supporting and mentoring educators while ensuring children have access to a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment. You will be actively involved in:
* Supporting educators to assess children's learning and development in line with approved frameworks and curriculum
* Guiding and mentoring educators to reflect on teaching practices and pedagogy
* Creating and embedding high-quality documentation that reflects children's learning journeys
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Encouraging individuality, creativity, and "thinking outside the box" in everyday practice
About You
We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic teacher who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early education.
* Bachelor (or equivalent) qualification in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA
* Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, National Quality Standards, and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
* Experience working in the early childhood sector
* A genuine passion for outdoor learning and nature play
* Strong relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
