Business Development Manager Role
The primary objective of this position is to develop and implement effective business development strategies, drive institutional growth, and enhance the recruitment of international students.
This role entails identifying, appointing, and managing international student recruitment agents while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting regular agent reviews, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive enrolment growth across key markets.
Additionally, this role requires leading and coordinating end-to-end marketing and advertising campaigns, including content development, media placement, and brand promotion aligned with recruitment goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in agent management, student recruitment, or business development within international education, with a proven track record of success in agent network development.
Required skills and qualifications include a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within the Australian international education system, skilled negotiation and stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft 365.
Other essential qualities include analytical and self-driven abilities, as well as an openness to domestic and international travel as required.
