About The Role: Machinery operation: air seeder, sprayer, harvester and spreader; General farm maintenance: fencing, firebreaks, water and infrastructure; Livestock handling: sheep husbandry and paddock rotation support; Spraying if competent, with post-emergent spraying done independently; 38 hours/week standard with some paid overtime during busy periods; 6-day weeks during seeding and harvest with Sunday off when possible; Opportunities for more hours depending on workload and weather. About You: Previous mixed farming experience preferred, ideally 2 years; Machinery operation skills essential; spraying knowledge desirable; Strong work ethic and responsibility - can be trusted unsupervised; Honest, asks questions, and fits well in a small, collaborative team; Willing to stay long-term (2 years) and take on growing responsibility; C-class required; HR licence preferred; forklift ticket a bonus; Keen to be part of a rural community and local activities.
