Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department. Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations, service appointments, and test drives. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming environment. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and follow-ups. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries. Ensure that all customer information is recorded accurately and confidentially. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing customer documentation. Support other departments with day-to-day tasks, as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or front-of-house role.
