The Opportunity
The right candidate for this role will be a passionate Early Childcare Educator who wants to progress their career within the centre. You will be supporting and assisting the Room Leader and work within a collaborative team culture. You will take a role in assisting with developing a child focused program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an extremely supportive centre where you will have flexible work hours and above award rates of pay. anzuk have supported this service for a number of years and it is clear to see their existing team have a fantastic culture, a real team focus through out.
The Candidate
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable working together in a team as well as individually. The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude as well as a willingness to learn
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;
* Certificate III in Early Childhood or Diploma in Children's Services
* Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP)
* Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
* Compulsary Safe Guard Training for Workers
* Minimum 2 year experience working in Early Childhood
* Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Current Working rights in Australia
