Music Therapist Role
Job Description:
* As a Music Therapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide therapeutic music interventions that support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group and individual music therapy sessions.
* Contribute to quality service delivery and consumer-driven care through a comprehensive Music Therapy program.
Requirements:
* Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification in music therapy. Eligible for membership of the Australian Music Therapy Association.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake assessment and intervention with clients with a range of illnesses and disabilities relevant to older people, acute care, and rehabilitation.
* Experience and clinical expertise in the provision of clinical Music Therapy services (assessment and treatment) to clients with a range of disorders and disabilities resulting from medical, surgical, or neurological conditions including acquired brain injury.
