We are seeking an experienced RN with clinical & quality education background for one of our reputed residential aged care located beautifully in the North - West Coast of Tasmania. This role offers the opportunity to influence care quality, compliance, and workforce capability.

The role:
You will play a key role in supporting services to meet and exceed the Aged Care Quality Standards, strengthening clinical practice and building staff capability through education, auditing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver education programs aligned to the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Support services with accreditation, audits, and ongoing compliance activities
- Support incident management, feedback, complaints, and quality improvement plans
- Contribute to policy review, procedure development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and respond to legislative and regulatory changes within aged care
About You
- Current Registered Nurse (AHPRA) registration
- Demonstrated experience in residential aged care, preferably in a quality, education, or senior clinical role
- Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
- Confident educator with the ability to engage, influence, and support multidisciplinary teams
- Strong documentation, organisational, and time-management skills
- Passion for improving resident outcomes and staff capability
