This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our consumers in their own homes, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care, with a focus on supporting the independent living of older adults and people with disabilities.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of consumers, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to consumers and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, a Bachelor of Nursing degree, and experience working in a home or community care setting.
Additionally, you will require excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and a willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the needs of consumers and develop individualized care plans

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain currency and enhance clinical skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
