SUMMARY: Responsible for the timely and cost-effective purchase of all vendor goods in accordance with established policies, procedures and controls, maintaining the food and beverage and retail inventory system and ensuring inventories are accurate, and performing month end reporting duties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
* Maintains inventory database, processes requisitions and performs data entry portion of receiving goods into F&B/Retail inventory system.
* Assists with sourcing non food & beverage goods, obtains quotes, places orders and follows up with vendors to ensure orders are being processed and backorders are communicated, working with a variety of computerized systems.
* Ensures all supporting purchase documents are submitted to Warehouse/Accounts Payable and answer questions regarding any delivery and price variances.
* Coordinates delivery issue resolutions with vendors and communicates those resolutions with Warehouse/Accounts Payable for their purposes with receiving and payment processing.
* Maintains accurate files and records to ensure proper purchasing procedures are followed for the acquisition of all equipment and supplies.
* Assists with month-end inventory process, including data entry of inventory, checks for accuracy of transactions, runs reports and complete month-end spreadsheets.
* Provides courteous service and thorough communication with all vendors (current and prospective) and Team Members.
* Maintains confidentiality at all times.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
* Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
* Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
* High school Diploma/GED not required but highly preferred.
* Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Must be computer literate (may be tested).
* Must be able to read and write legibly and have good interpersonal communication skills.
* Prior experience with computerized purchasing/inventory control systems preferred.
* Prior business-related purchase experience in food/beverage and/or facilities maintenance is highly desired.
* Must have a valid drivers license.

* Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
* Must be able to lift 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
* Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
* Must be able to work in a non-smoke-free environment.
* Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events
Work Environment
* Must be able to work in a non-smoke-free environment, outside in all weather conditions, in a noisy environment and all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
