With over 40 stores across Australia & New Zealand (and more on the way), we're looking for a visionary Head of Retail to take our growing retail network to the next level.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leadership role will shape the future of Stylerunner retail.What you'll doLead the execution of our national retail strategy, driving growth and delivering on ambitious sales and operational targets.Oversee 43+ stores (and counting), ensuring flawless execution across sales, service, visual merchandising, stock, and store presentation.Inspire, coach, and develop store and area managers, building high-performing, values-driven teams.Manage end-to-end store openings from staffing and training to operational readiness.Drive operational excellence: inventory control, rostering, OH&S; compliance, customer service standards, and shrinkage management.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on customer experience.Partner with Commercial teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and reporting.Implement training frameworks, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives that bring the best out of your people.What we're looking for5–10 years' experience in State or National Retail Management (women's fashion preferred).
