Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team in the Greater Melbourne Area. This is an on-site role responsible for managing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and property performance. Daily tasks include handling property inspections, coordinating maintenance, liaising with tenants and landlords, managing leases, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The Property Manager will also contribute to the overall growth and success of the team by staying up to date with market trends and providing professional service to all clients.

Qualifications

* Experience in property management, including handling leases, tenant relations, and property inspections
* Knowledge of local real estate legislation and compliance requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and landlord interactions
* Proficiency in property management software and general technical aptitude
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative and working independently
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
* Previous experience in the real estate industry or relevant certifications in property management are a plus
