About the Role
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Retailer to join our hair and beauty team. This role suits someone who enjoys delivering personalised service, recommending the right products, and being rewarded for strong retail performance.
Hairdressing experience is preferred but not essential — strong retail experience and a passion for hair and beauty are key.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored product advice
* Drive retail sales and consistently achieve performance targets
* Build long-term relationships with loyal customers
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
* Assist with stock management and inventory control
* Support and mentor junior team members where required

What We're Looking For
* Proven retail experience (hair & beauty highly regarded)
* Minimum of 1 year of retail experience required
* Confidence in selling and recommending products
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Top performer level of sales target achievement expected
* Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
* Australian work rights required
