We’re currently seeking a switched-on, highly organised and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our BYD sales team. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding handover experience for every customer.

About the Role:
As the Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in completing the customer journey. This is more than just handing over the keys; you’ll be creating an experience for someone to drive away in their dream vehicle.
You will manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring every vehicle is perfectly prepared and every handover is seamless, professional and memorable.

What You’ll Do:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle handovers, ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct professional vehicle handovers, explaining key features
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Delivery teams to ensure vehicles are prepared to a showroom standard
• Maintain accurate records and update dealership systems
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service throughout the process, ensuring every customer drives away with confidence and satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused mindset
• Confident using computer systems and managing data
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Interest in EV technology and the automotive industry
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
