About the Role
You will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, coordinating planned and reactive work to minimise downtime and optimise plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance across site
- Lead and support electricians and contractors
- Ensure compliance with WHS and site standards
- Plan preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot faults across plant and automation systems
- Maintain maintenance records and reporting
About You
- Electrical Trade Qualification with current NSW Licence
- Previous supervisory or leading hand experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems, PLCs, and automation
- Manufacturing or food processing experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
