This role is responsible for delivering high-quality IT infrastructure services to the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise:
* Windows Server Technologies
* Service and management of Windows and Apple devices
* Network Administration
* Web development using HTML, Java and WordPress
2. Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in an educational setting
* Knowledge of wireless deployment and department initiatives
* Previous experience with planning, deployment and management of 1 to 1 user/devices in an enterprise environment
* Able to plan and run ICT professional development sessions
3. Personal Attributes:
* Motivated, self-starter - able to work autonomously or as part of a team
* Resourceful - able to find and research information to derive appropriate solutions to problems
* A good communicator - able to clearly communicate using appropriate language to accommodate stakeholders
* Ability to troubleshoot through systematic processes of observation and elimination
