Inventory Management Professional
Effective inventory management is a critical component of delivering essential goods and services to major organizations. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise the control of stock levels, including receipting, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
You will manage reporting functions such as out-of-stock notifications, aged stock tracking, credit returns, and product loss prevention measures. Develop and maintain operations manuals to ensure consistency in stock control procedures and guarantee accurate, auditable, and transparent stock transaction processes.
Collaborate with operations and customer teams to meet service level agreements and objectives. Lead customer stocktakes, ensuring compliance with timeframes and requirements. Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
Key qualifications include at least 12 months' experience in an inventory or supervisory role, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport processes, and stock management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to work under pressure and within customer timeframes. A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to customer excellence are also essential.
