* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to increase awareness of Carer Gateway services.
* BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to carers and their families.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Carer Gateway services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in community development or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on achieving results.
* Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent qualification.
