About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Casual Spa & Body Therapists, who will lead by example, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and thrive on team work to ensure the growth of the department.
The successful applicants will have:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
* Outstanding technical skills in massage
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills
* Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
* Committed to your profession and focused on connecting with your client.
* Possessing a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
* The ability to be proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.
* Experience in similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
* 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
