Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional with strong analytical skills and people leadership experience who is interested in working in a fast-paced and growing commercial sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attract and develop talented and motivated professionals to build and lead two specialist functional teams including:

- a highly specialized AU based FX team supporting early engagement and responsible for driving FX revenue
- a high performing digital sales team (Manila based)
- KYB Admin and Onboarding resources to support customer journey
- Achieve growth by meeting the overall Sales team revenue, new accounts and retention set targets.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of the team vision and strategy to ensure financial goals are achieved and the wider business plan is executed.
- Responsible for proactively retaining and growing wallet share of all Sales accounts, especially targeting our top Middle and Large Market clients by offering tailored solution.
- Develop and participate in stretch projects with other key stakeholders from other business units and supporting teams to find new cross-sell, upsell and repeat business opportunities.
- Responsible to implement and to monitor the overall Sales pricing strategy, making sure profitability goals are achieved and the value proposition remains attractive.
- Responsible to develop strategies with the Operations team to optimize current procedures and improve efficiency mostly around payment execution, delivery and rejection, and client and beneficiary onboarding.
- Support execution of the FXIP sales strategy in alignment with overall market growth objectives
- Conduct coaching for individual sales performance including performance management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, AML and key stakeholders to develop strategies to support growth
- Actively manage the Sales FEC Book Mark-to-Market position and collaborate with Risk and Credit teams to minimize losses and drive profitable growth.
- Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales or account development is required along with proven success leading teams
- Strong knowledge of Foreign exchanges markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders and customers through excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain talent
